JOTA(Jamboree On The Air)はアマチュア無線による世界中のスカウト交流からはじまりましたが、最近ではJOTI（Jamboree On The Internet)として無線免許のいらないインターネットによる新しい方法も併せて実施されてきました。今年はＪＯＴＩに県連国際委員会として参加します。
今年のJOTA/JOTIのテーマは
"How big is your world".

＜＜兵庫連盟のJOTI 2012参加について＞＞
今年は兵庫連盟のWTW(ウエルカム・ザ・ワールド）の取組としてSｋｙpeを使ってJOTI２０１２に参加しました。
JOTI はインターネットを使ったジャンボリーです。ビーバーからベンチャーまで取り組めるプログラムですので、
ぜひこの機会に各地区、団、隊、においてもSkype(リンク）を使ったビデオ電話によるJOTI環境を設定して来年
はチャレンジしてください。
今回は国際委員会が県連運営局としてエントリーし10ヶ国以上の国と会話しました。表示アイコンにはウル
フカブ像をロゴに設定しました。

さっそく今回参加のニュージーランドのCashmereスカウトグループが20日にフィンランド、マレーシア、台湾と兵庫連盟、西播地区が同時テレビ会議に参加し５ヶ国でのテレビ会議をする。今回の同時にビデオチャットをした時の記事がブロックで紹介されています。

Why was this contact so special?
They were very well organised and set up Skype
conferences with translators.
Hyogo Scout Council shared Japanese Scouting wonderfully. They also shared Skype conferences with Finland, Taiwan and Malaysia. It was wonderful to be able to communicate with Scouts who do not speak English as their first language.

55thJamboree On The Air(JOTA)/16th Jamboree On The Internet(JOTI)
Greetings from Hyogo Scout Council, Scout Association of Japan.
We are pleased to inform you that our Hyogo Scout Council which is located in Kobe city, famous port town of western Japan.
We are honored to introduce you that the founder of our Scout movement, Lord Robert Baden-Powell visited to the city of Yokohama and Kobe on way to his world trip in 1912, just 100 years ago.
And also there is a statue of "Wolf Cub" here in Kobe which commemorate the birth place of cub scouting in Japan.
Our council is now preparing Skype video chat and also internet chat on the occasion of participating the JOTI 2012 on October 20-21.

9:00-15:00JST on Oct.21.
Ｗｅ are going to use "Skype" for JOTI, our Skype name of Hyogo Council , " hyogo-council_saj" is already arranged and now video chat is availabe.
We welcome you to contact us for prior prepartion of JOTI appointment at our operating schedule.
We are encouraging to prepare the Skype for participating the JOTI 2012 not only in each district in our Hyogo council but also each member of the group and troop.
We are anxious to have a lot of contacts from all over the world and also JOTI event program will be good opportunity to learn different culture and realize the theme of this year "How big is your world."
